- Assisting clients in resolving simple software issues.
- Working online with clients and the team via Google Meet / Zoom / Trello.
- Communicating and following up with current and new clients.
- Researching potential clients and recording their data in the CRM.
- Increasing sales and earning additional commissions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
- Representing the company at exhibitions and events when needed.
- Accurately organizing client and sales data.
- Preparing periodic reports, presentations, and contracts.
- Monitoring sales processes to achieve set targets.
- Coordinating meetings and managing email.
- Writing meeting summaries (MOMs).
- Reply to page messages and comments, WhatsApp business number, Emails.
Applications types:
- Sales Management Systems, POS, CRM, Cashiers, Gyms Management, Clinical Nutrition, Tourism and others.
- We create totally customized applications as customer needs.
Conditions:
- Graduated Bachelor degree.
- Very Committed person in time and work that we can depend on.
- Communication and negotiation skills is perfect.
- Dealing with operating software in general well, especially Microsoft Office and google sheets.
- The level of English is average.
- Experience in sales and dealing with customers.
- The work environment should be as accessible and quiet as possible.
- Mobile network & Internet speed is very good.
- Laptop with reasonable capabilities is preferred.
Advantages:
